“Sometimes all it takes is a tiny shift of perspective to see something familiar in a totally new light.” — Dan Brown

I was having a hard time creating a perspective drawing. I started with complex figures(for me) like mouse and buildings, sketched them in perspective and failed miserably. I spoke to my NMD group and they suggested to go for simple shapes at the beginning and then try some complex figures.

Given below are some of my explorations and my understanding towards the perspective drawings.

#1 One point perspective

Drew the basic figures and then gave them a little curve shape(details).

So I started with Cubes and Cylinders in Perspective.

#2 Two point Perspective

I tried some abstract figures in two point perspective.

#3 Isometric Drawings

I was exploring, I wanted to show my Journey from home to places in Isometric but instead something abstract came out and I liked it!

The below picture depicts ‘me going to places’ after this horrid pandemic is over! Where would you like to go?
